FilmLab

Film Lab is a collaboration based program designed to encourage and open the minds of secondary students toward the expression of a Caribbean Voice. The students undergo 5 - 6 weeks of training in condensed script writing for the creation of 3 min scripts. Another 5 - 7 weeks is spent engaging with Professionals in different aspects of Production and Post Production. our goal here is to enlighten students on the film making process and the Creation of a Caribbean Ideology. At the end of the program, with a greater understanding of the process of a filmmaker, the students will have a product they can submit to other film festivals. WIAOTT becomes an Executive Producer on these collaborations.

Students participating in FilmLab have the opportunity to win technology for future projects.
